
The Health and Family Services Division provides services that promote healthy lifestyles and empower individuals to be physically and emotionally healthy through access to health care, family support, and health education.
- Skilled Services (Home Care & Personal Care Services) provide individuals and families assistance to maintain independent living through provision of quality home care services and support. We also offer a training component which offers educational opportunities for partners and community members to participate in classroom and skills training such as MAT, CPR/First Aid, and PCA classes.
- Intensive Services (Mobile Crisis) reduce crisis situations through 988 calls and monitoring as well provide supportive follow-up services.
- Family Services (Fatherhood & Migrant) promotes healthy families and proactive health practices through access to health care and health education, and fatherhood classes and coaching. This includes accessibility to a medical home and routine health care screenings, transportation, and translation to medical / dental services.
- Youth Services provides safe and stable emergency housing for runaway and homeless youth through our Safe House and TILP programs. Youth services also provides life skills classes, youth education, and leadership development through volunteer work with the Youth Corp.
