Full-time and Part-time Employees

  • Up to 12 Vacation days a year—Eligible employees start accruing day one of employment and hours are available to use after successfully completing 90-day introductory period. The amount of paid vacation time a regular employee receives each year increases with the length of their employment
  • Up to 12 sick days a year—Eligible employees will accrue sick leave/safe leave benefits upon hire and can request to use sick/safe leave benefits after it is earned

Do you have internship roles available?

Currently we provide internships with Fredonia State University and Jamestown Community College in the Social Services Field

How will I know if I have been selected for an interview?

If you have been selected to move forward with the interview process you will receive an email request.  If for some reason you do not receive the email request please check your spam.

If you select YES to receive notification via text when completing your application, you will also receive a text message as well.

What can I expect during the interview process?

We have a structured hiring process to ensure that every candidate is asked the same questions designed for each specific position and applicant responses are assessed similarly.

Who will interview me?

The position manager will interview you along with one or more members of the leadership team.

Where will interviews be held?

Interviews are scheduled in-person and virtually at the discretion of the position manager

If I am interviewed, how long will it be before I am notified whether or not I got the job? How will I be notified?

We strive to make a decision as soon as possible once interviews have been conducted.  However, the time frame for selection varies depending on the nature of the position, the interview schedule and the availability of individual candidates to interview.

Once a final selection has been made the candidate will be contacted via phone by the Human Resources department who will then extend the official offer of employment followed with a formal letter outlining terms and conditions for employment at time of new employee orientation.

Candidates not selected will receive notification via email.

Will you tell me when the role has been filled?

Applicants who applied and are not selected will receive an email indicating the position has been filled.
