What can I expect during the interview process?
We have a structured hiring process to ensure that every candidate is asked the same questions designed for each specific position and applicant responses are assessed similarly.
Who will interview me?
The position manager will interview you along with one or more members of the leadership team.
Where will interviews be held?
Interviews are scheduled in-person and virtually at the discretion of the position manager
If I am interviewed, how long will it be before I am notified whether or not I got the job? How will I be notified?
We strive to make a decision as soon as possible once interviews have been conducted. However, the time frame for selection varies depending on the nature of the position, the interview schedule and the availability of individual candidates to interview.
Once a final selection has been made the candidate will be contacted via phone by the Human Resources department who will then extend the official offer of employment followed with a formal letter outlining terms and conditions for employment at time of new employee orientation.
Candidates not selected will receive notification via email.
Will you tell me when the role has been filled?
