Start-Up Grant –  This is a reimbursement grant that gives first time Family and Group Family Child Care Providers, child care providers switching modalities from Family to Group or vise versa an opportunity for help in starting their child care program.

Health & Safety Grant– Each year the Chautauqua Child Care Council awards FDC and GFDC Providers with a Health & Safety Grant. The number of awardees is dependent on available funding. This grant award is to be used to promote the Health & Safety and Well Being of the children in care. Providers are asked to submit an application stating how this grant will help to promote Health & Safety in their program and what types of materials they would like to receive. The Chautauqua Child Care Council will review each application and make a determination based on the need and the items being requested for the program.

Health Care Consultancy Grant– Each year the Chautauqua Child Care Council offers a Health Care Consultancy Grant to a Provider who is in need of a Health Care Consultant for their program. The Health Care Consultant will work with a program to establish a Health Care Plan and how to implement this Plan according to NYS Regulations. The Health Care Consultant is also able to carry out a review  of the Medication Administration Training (MAT) to certify and re-certify Providers in accordance with Regulations.
