NY Connects is a trusted resource for information about services in New York State for individuals with a disability, regardless of age or the type of disability.

Southern Tier Environments for Living, Inc., provides rehabilitative and support services to individuals with mental illness and other disabilities in the Western NY area. Women, Infants and Children (WIC) – located at 200 Harrison St in Jamestown and 326 Central Ave in Dunkirk, operated by Catholic Charities provides supplemental foods, nutrition education and health care referrals to low-income pregnant, breastfeeding and non-breastfeeding women, and for infants and children to the age of 5.

Meals on Wheels, located in Jamestown and Dunkirk/Fredonia delivers healthy meals to seniors throughout the Chautauqua County area. Besides delivering meals, the Meals on Wheels volunteers also take the time to make sure that our seniors are safe and healthy in their homes. Chautauqua County Office for the Aging provides programs and services in the Chautauqua County area that endeavor to empower and support older adults and their families.

New York State Office for the Aging offers a comprehensive listing of programs and services tailored for senior citizens and their families and provides links to a network of public and private organizations that serve the older population.
