WHAT WE DO:
The Street outreach program provides critically needed outreach services for at- risk youth in Chautauqua and Cattaraugus Counties. The program targets runaway, homeless, and street youth up to 22 years old. We use a combination of street-based outreach services, school-based outreach, and drop-in centers located in both counties to provide outreach to homeless, at-risk , and street youth.
Drop-in centers include the Boys and Girls Club of Jamestown in Chautauqua County, and the City of Salamanca Youth Bureau in Cattaraugus County. We have Outreach Specialists that will link youth experiencing trauma with our mobile crisis team. Mobile Crisis team can be reached at Crisis Hotline at 1-800-724-0461
