In September of 2020, the Chautauqua Opportunities, Inc. Board of Directors regretfully accepted the resignation of long-time Board member Anthony Raffa. Tony was dedicated to the organization, having been appointed to the Board in 1975 during his tenure as a Chautauqua County Legislator. A well-known businessman in the Jamestown area, Tony founded the Jamestown Rubber Stamp Company in 1956 that is still in operation. COI is grateful to Tony for his years of service to the agency, and we send him well wishes as he spends more time enjoying his family.
Chautauqua Opportunities, Inc. is a non-profit Community Action Agency with a mission to alleviate poverty in Chautauqua County. The agency provides a wide range of services in the areas of Housing and Community Development, Early Care and Education, Health and Family Services, the Child Care Council, and Economic Development.
