SERVICE AREA: Silver Creek After School Program
Description Program / Service Provided:
The Silver Creek After School Program is a registered After School
Advantage Program through the New York State Office of Children and Family
Services which is held in The Silver Creek Central School building.
The program provides students in grades kindergarten through eighth grade
a safe and stimulating environment that promotes school success, tutoring,
healthy relationships, nutrition education, recreating, and pre-employment
skill development for youth.
The program is operated by Chautauqua Opportunities, Inc. and is
supported by various faith-based and community partners. There are no
program fees for participation.

Days and Hours of Services:
Every week day school is in full day session - 2:05-5:15 P.M.
Eligibility Requirements:
Students in K-8
Must reside in Silver Creek district and attend Silver Creek as a full time
matriculated student. Must Maintain an active phone line or cellular line.
