PROGRAM: Mobile Crisis Outreach

Description of Program / Service Provided:

Provides mental health crisis services when traditional services are not available.

Services include telephone and on-site assessment, intervention and referrals.

Service is accessed through referral from Community Organizations or individuals can be directly referred through the Crisis Lines.

History:

Initiated in 1995. Services include on-call availability in both North and South county areas of Chautauqua County.
