PROGRAM: Landlord Insurance Program (LIP)

Description of Program/Service Provided:

Provision of Landlord Insurance Program contract to eligible clients.

Contract valid for one year guaranteeing up to a maximum of $300 to landlord for damages / rent in place of cash security deposit.

Must be referred by the Department of Social Services

History:

Program was formed with input from landlords through Real Estate Investors Association, COI staff, and the Chautauqua County Department of Social Services.
