Minimum Qualifications:   Associate’s degree (A.A.) in Early Childhood Education or equivalent from a two year College with a concentration in Early Childhood.  Adequate computer skills; knowledge of Internet software; and ability to generate reports.  Ability to organize and maintain an appropriate learning environment.  Ability to work well with parents of diverse backgrounds.  Must have valid NYS Driver’s license with the ability to travel throughout the county.  Must be able to obtain and maintain an SCR child abuse clearance, have a clear criminal conviction record, and obtain a health physical.

Summary:  Will provided administrative support to Housing Rehabilitation Services. Will be responsible for performing basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks, and inventory tracking. Collects data needed for reports and monitoring for service area. Reviews all invoices, bills, vouchers, and daily staff work sheets, or other documents for corrections before entering into data base records. Calculates billing charges, and assigns billing numbers for tracking purposes. Prepares basic financial reports by compiling information. Prepare profit/loss statements for projects. Maintains purchase order system

Minimum Qualifications:   High school diploma or GED: equivalent experience desired, Associates Degree preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication and customer relations skills.  Must have accounting skills, computer skills and experience in QuickBooks preferred. Minimum Qualifications:   Masters or PHD in Nutrition or Public Health with a concentration in nutrition, a Registered Dietician or someone with a four year degree in nutrition, health related field or home economics with an emphasis in nutrition with one year WIC experience.  Experience in interviewing, counseling, and teaching in the health field preferred.  Must have current valid NYS Driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the county.  Bi-lingual (Spanish) helpful.
