Diversity workshops are designed to help participants
begin to look introspectively at their attitudes and beliefs concerning
other people.
The “Faces in the Crowd” workshop helps individuals
and groups develop greater sensitivity to others.
The workshops are brought to all agencies requesting
diversity and sensitivity training.
The “Poverty Simulation” is designed to help
participants understand what it might be like to be part of a low income
family trying to survive from month to month. It helps sensitize
participants to the realities of life for low income people.
