Services exist to identify and refer at-risk youth who
may be denied access to crisis - teen services due to lifestyle or local
surroundings.
Contact approximately 5,000 youth annually.
Services include: curb-side counseling, street survival
kits, transportation and dissemination of informational materials.
25% of Shelter admissions come from such outreach
contacts.
Provide runaway prevention education to the general public, school
functions, community organizations and church groups.
Positive youth development activities provided in
cooperation with the Jamestown YMCA and the Westfield Teen Center.
