PROGRAM: Scattered Site Housing 

Description of Program / Service Provided:

The primary goal of this on-going project is to provide transitional and affordable housing for large families. (limited to 3 years or less)

Scattered Site Housing provides single family home living to at-risk large families who are income eligible.

ELIGIBILITY:  

Large, hard to place families with 3 or more children. Must be at 60% of the area median income or less. Also, applicants must currently be living in inadequate, unsafe, or unaffordable housing in order to be considered.

4 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths, Stove, refrigerator, carpeting,  a full basement with laundry hook-ups and private drive are included
