PROGRAM: Housing Rehabilitation and Energy Conservation Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB)

Description of Program / Service Provided:

This program is designed to assist homeowners in repair and rehabilitation to correct health, safety hazards, and improve disability accessibility. Assistance includes: insulation, windows, doors, heating systems, electrical wiring, structural supports, foundations, roofs, siding porches, and other energy/weatherization techniques.

There is a 5 year retention placed on the home.

Eligibility Requirements: Must meet the adjusted income guidelines. Fifty percent or less of the Mortgage Revenue Bond. You must show evidence of ownership, proof of income, have all real estate taxes paid, and you must have homeowner insurance.

FEE: Owner contribution up to $200 for filing fees
