PC Performance

Brett D. Heintzman, th enew ownder of Performance PC, accepted a $15,000 loan froj codi's Program Coordinator, Diane Pintagro, on Wednesday, June 2, 2004.

Brett originally joined the Performance PC team in June 1998 after working for them as a sub-contractor for over two years. Since that time, Brett has been working in all capacities in the business and thrilled to have the opportunity to be the new owner.

Perfomance PC, the areas largest and most successful computer sales and service business, is located at 42 West Main Street in the Village of Fredonia. They offer quality custom-built computer systems designed to meet the specific needs of businesses and individuals. In addition, they offer on-site and in0house repair services.

Brown Bean Coffeehouse

Jennifer Cooper and Derek J. Welle, owners of the Karma Café in Lily Dale and the Brown Bean Coffeehouse in Fredonia, accepted a $6,500 loan from codi's Program Coordinator, Diane Pintagro, on Wednesday, June 9, 2004. They will be useing the loan to purchase equipment for both businesses and update several items.

The Brown Bean is a coffeehouse and ice cream shop located on Park Place in the Village of Fredonia. It is centrally located and a meeting place for the community. Whether you are meeting over lunch, coffee or dessert, Brown Bean offers a quaint, quiet spot for conversation and community. The coffeehouse seves the entire community.

From kids to moms, from college students and local politicians, the Brown Bean is a place where all ages are welcome. Gourmet coffee and specialty espresso drinks are served, as well as smoothies, chai and Italian sodas. Offering "one of the best menus in Fredonia", Brown Bean serves pianinis (Italian-style grilled, dourmet sandwiches), wraps, salads, soup and more. they provide lunch and coffee delivery, catering and comfortable place to meet with friends and family.
