Bill Vogt
Bill Vogt began his role as Safe House Shelter Director with COI back in July. Bill graduated Summa Cum Laude from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor of Science degree in elementary education. He also holds a Master of Education in Special Education from California University of Pennsylvania in California, PA. Bill has over 10 years experience in the mental health field in residential, classroom, and private school settings and also holds experience in Outcome Based Management with a strong systems and monitoring focus and experience in community. As Shelter Director, Bill is working to expand youth services throughout the county.
Bill currently resides in the Jamestown area with his wife Jennifer and one year old son Courson. Bill can be reached at 661-9446.
